BrightTalk Izmir is a speaking community founded to make English conversation practice more enjoyable, more accessible, and more sustainable.
It provides a safe and supportive environment where participants of all levels can express themselves comfortably.
At our regularly organized events—held on different days and at various venues—anyone who wants to improve their speaking skills, meet new people, and gain a global perspective comes together.
Our aim is to build a high-quality, friendly English-speaking network in Izmir and make participants leave every event thinking, “I’m glad I came.”

1)When and Where are the events?
Our events are held at partner cafés located across various areas of İzmir. Event dates are announced in our WhatsApp group and on our Instagram account.
2)I am a beginner in English. Can I join too?
Absolutely! As long as you’ve started learning, that’s all you need to join!
3) What do you do during the events?
Our events last for 2 hours. During this time, we do various speaking-focused activities and have conversations. Our moderators guide the session and help you whenever you feel stuck.
4) Are the events paid?
We keep our ticket prices as low as possible so that everyone can have access to our events.
5) How can I join?
You can purchase tickets for our events through BiletimGO or via the link we share on our WhatsApp group and Instagram page.
